Project Detail

Following strong performance, the contract was expanded by Variation Order in June 2025, nearly doubling the wheel loader fleet and adding backhoe and hydro earthworks capability. The current fleet comprises 11 x CAT 966M (or equivalent) front-end wheel loaders, 4 x CAT 444F2 backhoes, 3 x 15,000L watercarts, hydraulic pallet forks, a fuel/service truck, and supervisor and fitters’ vehicles. Mechanical fitters and Hydro supervisors operate on an 8:6 roster across Cloudbreak (CB) and Christmas Creek (CC). A full workshop infrastructure and parts supply chain is maintained on site.

The scope expansion in 2025 reflects the trust built over the first 18 months of the contract. Managing equipment availability, parts supply, servicing schedules and a rotating workforce across two remote Pilbara mine sites demanding a level of operational maturity that our Jakarli team consistently delivers.
