The Iron Bridge Magnetite Project is located 109km south-east of Port Hedland and is one of Australia’s largest magnetite iron ore operations, operated by Fortescue Metals Group. The TSF construction involved building new BGM-lined embankments, decant systems, spillways and drainage cuts across two separable portions, requiring a high-volume fleet of heavy earth-moving equipment operating continuously across the site.
Plant supplied included trucks, excavators with a full suite of attachments, single drum smooth rollers and pad foot rollers, wheel loaders, water carts, and service and maintenance vehicles.
